Description

Vinyasa is a style of yoga based on Hatha yoga. This style is fluid with a focus on the breath. Postures move from one to another and sequences can be quite dynamic, but still allow time for correct alignment. Classes do not follow the same sequence every time, offering variation and a more integrated body-mind practice.
