These yoga rugs are traditional, handloomed cotton yoga mats designed for Ashtanga or Power yoga where grip is required when sweating. The rug's grip increases as it gets wetter, the opposite to a yoga mat. Our 100% cotton practice yoga rugs are eco-friendly as they are completely biodegradable and PVC free. Made from 100 % cotton yarns, these are densely woven in a traditional handloom pit.
